Shipping Locations
Reegalia currently ships only within India. At present, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary based on the customer’s location and courier partner. Typically, orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before order confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

Eligible Returns

3. Non-Returnable Items

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests after this period may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Currently, Reegalia does not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return eligible items as per our return policy and place a new order separately.
