• We currently ship across India only.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• You’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies for orders below ₹999.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Reegalia jewelry. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

• Requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

Not Eligible for Return:

• Used or worn items

• Personalized/custom pieces

• Requests made after 15 days

You will need to self-ship the product to our return address. If your claim is valid, we will reimburse courier charges up to ₹100.
